The best thing about CPR is the personal atmosphere. From the top down, there is a genuine interest in and care for each employee that works for the company. It is a privilege to not only work in the profession that I love, but to be able to do it alongside people who care about each other.
The most rewarding part of my job is helping people to recognize and appreciate their role in restoring and maintaining their physical health. Playing a part in another individual’s development of the understanding and tools necessary to manage their own physical health is the best thing I do each day.
I chose to work at CPR because the environment created by management and the vision of what physical therapy should look like. We are encouraged and supported to grow in the direction that best fits our personality and professional goals. Additionally, CPR is sustainably growing a company that I believe serves as a model for physical therapy practices across the country.
A good weekend includes going out for breakfast, hot coffee, time alone to read and reflect, time to spend with my beautiful fiancé, and dinner with good friends.
