The Center for Physical Rehabilitation is proud to be celebrating 15 years during the entire month of September. There are events all month long, so check out our Calendar of Events for details.

Special Events
The focus of our celebration is giving back to the community which has supported us for the last 15 years. During the month, at any of our four locations, you have the opportunity to support the local charity Degage Ministries. Click here for a list of items from their wish list.

During the second week of the month, enter to win one of many prizes during Patient Appreciation Week. We will be thanking our employees during the third week, and the last week will be used to promote Health and Wellness with 15 Tips and Exercises and a Blood Drive at our Cascade location.
