Triathlete Injury Prevention Program offers expert guidance to enhance performance and stay injury free in all three disciplines.

What Can I Expect?

A comprehensive program – complete with assessment, customized exercises and education – to maximize efficiency in all three disciplines to become a well-rounded triathlete.

Level 1: $125.00 (75 min.)

  • Full body functional and biomechanical assessment (SFMA-based) of strength, flexibility, mobility and stability
  • Individualized exercise program based upon findings
  • One-on-one education about important form components in each discipline

Level 2: $200.00 (90-120 min.)

  • Full body functional and biomechanical assessment (SFMA-based) of strength, flexibility, mobility and stability
  • Individualized exercise program based upon findings
  • Choose ONE: high-speed video analysis (running or swimming) or cycling analysis
  • Expert analysis with individualized recommendations specific to the chosen discipline

Level 3: $300.00 (two separate 90 min. appointments)

  • Full body functional and biomechanical assessment (SFMA-based) of strength, flexibility, mobility and stability
  • Individualized exercise program based upon findings
  • Choose TWO: high-speed video analysis (running or swimming) or cycling analysis
  • Expert analysis with recommendations specific to the two disciplines chosen

Level 4: $450.00 (three separate 90-120 min. appointments)

  • Full body functional and biomechanical assessment (SFMA based) of strength, flexibility, mobility and stability
  • Individualized exercise program based upon findings
  • High-speed video analysis of running and swimming, and a cycling analysis
  • Expert analysis with individual recommendations specific to all three disciplines
