Absolutely phenomenal! Any type of healthcare is usually so difficult, but not here! From the front desk team being kind, cheerful, and SO helpful with scheduling and insurance (and really anything!) to the *very* capable physical therapists who always make sure you’re on the right track and have what you need … I cannot say enough good things about The Center for Physical Rehab in Belmont. I am a 73 year old male who just, a month ago, had knee replacement. These are wonderful professionals. All exercises are tailored to my needs and challenge me without setting my recovery backwards. Nate takes a personal interest in the care he provides to his patients. He is professional and caring, with our son his goal is to keep his senior baseball season alive while playing on a torn ACL. Nate’s goal is to get athletes back to the playing field as soon as possible without risking further injury. Two of my children have suffered torn ACL’s and Nate has seen my daughter through her entire recovery and he will continue to work with my son during the season and after surgery. We wouldn’t want anyone but Nate’s care. His passion for his job is evident in the care he gives!!!

I was referred to the Center for Physical Rehabilitation (CPR) by my doctor who has had many patients go there. I had neck and back pain. After an initial evaluation by a physical therapist (PT), I was assigned Nate Rosel as my PT. Nate did a great job at all of my appointments and with adjusting home exercises as I needed them adjusted. He takes the time to listen to what is going on with your body and makes sure to work with you accordingly. He, and the rest of the staff, are always friendly, professional, respectful, and want you to feel better as quickly as possible. They use an app called MedBridge Go which is great for reminding you to do your home exercises as well which exercises and how to do them if you forget. Should you need a PT, I would recommend CPR.

I was referred to the Center for Physical Rehabilitation for neck and shoulder pain. After an in-depth assessment I was taught some exercises and treated to a massage to loosen some knots. I started the exercises at home and returned to the Center 5 times for follow-up; warm up exercises, stretching exercises, and neck/ shoulder massage. I am very pleased with my course of therapy and am happy to say that I have “graduated.” My main therapist, Nate Rosel, encouraged me to contact him or the Center of I have any issues in the future. When my doctor first suggested physical therapy for degenerative disc disease I was admittedly skeptical but decided to give it a try. After 6 months of pain I would welcome any relief.

This place is unbelievable! Spent some time at a competitor and there is no comparison. Hands down Belmont location of Center for Physical Rehab will always be my choice. I have other Physical Therapy business within 10 minutes of my house but the 25 minute drive to Belmont is worth it. I’m typically there at 7:00 AM and Linda at the front desk always has a smile on her face and gives a friendly welcome. As I walk through, I’m greeted by several employees and then Nate takes over and has me ahead of schedule on my shoulder rehabilitation! I had a hip pain that my MD had tried to solve, and finally she recommended PT. It took about 4 or 5 sessions with Tyler. Each week I could feel improvement, and while I still need to do my exercises, my problem has been basically solved. Tyler was both professional and personable. Nate is absolutely remarkable when dealing with a post surgery recovery. Now having three joint replacements he has worked miracles. He has always been an integral part of my recovery.

Nate also has a plan, steps and a process to reach mutually shared goals. He always takes time to work on issues and remembers previous conversations.

After my second knee replacement surgery my wife and daughter told me I needed to work with Katie at the Center for Physical Rehab. I went to see her and she quickly assessed where I was in the recovery process. We agreed that due to a post operative illness, I was a bit behind. I had a lot of work to do.

At each session Katie would work with me to increase my flexibility. It is a painful process, of which she is acutely aware. She brought many innovative ways to get me back on track and keep the therapy moving forward.

I jokingly call her “Goddess Attila. I hope she knows who Attila the Hun is! At the very least, she laughs at this and has a good sense of humor.

Each time I attend therapy, she and the rest of the staff are welcoming and encouraging. I know that if anyone in our family has PT needs in the future…it will include Katie and the Center for Physical Rehab. Thank you, Katie!

Well, I reached the point in life where my daughter proved she is smarter than I am. There… I said it.

After my recent move to West Michigan, I found myself walking around “rubbing my own butt” because my sciatic nerve had made it clear we were no longer on friendly terms. Being new to the area I didn’t have a “go-to” plan.

My daughter said “Mom, you HAVE to go see Katie!” She had been singing Katie’s praises as the best PT person around for some time. I heard references to her being a magician, PT guru and the like. My daughter made me an appointment because she loves me and was probably embarrassed of seeing all my “butt rubbing activity “.

I was very painful and cranky the day of the appointment (poor, poor Katie). Not really knowing what to expect I was amazed at the relief Katie was able to provide during the initial visit. Moreover, I continue to be impressed by how professional and personable Katie is. She provided excellent care while knowing how to push my limits during my visits and when to let me lead.

On each and every visit she made me feel like taking care of me and seeing my progress was the very reason she woke up that morning…this woman clearly LOVES her job.

So, I learned a thing or two along the way during my PT experience: Katie knows her stuff and can fix you when you break yourself and my daughter is pretty smart, too!

Karen has been extremely professional, patient, supportive and helpful in working with me through a variety of physical issues. Her expertise is evident in her ability to evaluate and pinpoint the root of a problem, design and modify an exercise program around a variety of issues, and provide effective hands-on body work. Her work with me has significantly reduced my pain, increased my mobility, and improved my quality of life. Linda at the front desk and the entire staff at Belmont are welcoming and helpful. All of the staff are wonderful. Nate was amazing! He took the time to go over my goals post surgery. He set up a PT routine that was tough but he was so encouraging. With his help I am back to my normal lifestyle and activities!

I highly recommend the whole team at the Belmont Center for Physical Rehabilitation. I’ve worked with both Nate and Karen on different injuries, and have received nothing but top-notch care. I feel like they do a great job at both addressing immediate needs and providing long term solutions. I really appreciate the time they take to educate and empower patients in aiding their own recovery. Linda at the front desk is a friendly face at every visit and very helpful in scheduling and knowledgeable with insurance and billing. Five star care all around with this team.

I have been a two-time patient at this center. Absolutely outstanding! LINDA at the service desk/phones is always extremely helpful, pleasant and kind. Very welcoming and competent. not only with/for me and my scheduling, but also as I have been sitting in the waiting room and observing how she cares for other patients.
NATE ROSEL is simply the best PT Caregiver I have experienced! He came recommended to me and fulfills all expectations I had prior to receiving services. He is knowledgeable, attentive and is always aware of that the center is working seamlessly for all. He is encouraging and a good listener. Introduced me to the medical message aspect of the center.
KATIE was a caregiver that I had when I could not schedule with Nate. Again, extremely kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Very smart, task oriented and accomplishment driven. She is outstanding as well!

Highly recommend! I saw Katie after a referral for frozen shoulder. I was in a tremendous amount of pain and could barely move it. Thanks to Katie I have full range of motion again and am pain free. I’ve worked with Katie and 2 of the exercise techs for the past several months after a total knee replacement. Everyone there has been knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. Of course there is pain during therapy sessions, but the encouragement in making healthy progress toward your goals makes a big difference. I have to have my 2nd knee replaced in the next 6 months and I’ll be back to work with Katie and the others in the Belmont office again. Highly recommend!

After a total replacement, I was a patient at The Center for Physical Rehabilitation (Belmont). Being a younger patient for the procedure (37 years old), I wanted a physical therapist who was experienced, positive, and committed to my success. I could not have been happier with Nate Rosel as my physical therapist. Nate was motivating and caring, had a great sense of humor, and was an expert in the field. I asked him many questions about my procedure and recovery, and he always had the answers. During each PT session, Nate would push me far past what I thought I could and would have done by myself. I was able to recover exceptionally quickly and return to my active lifestyle.

With no reservations, I would recommend The Center for Physical Rehabilitation and PT Nate Rosel to anyone!

The staff here is amazing! Linda at the front desk ALWAYS has a smile on her face and welcomes you by name when you come in for your appointment. Katie, is basically a magician and has gotten me to normal (and better) from my back problems multiple times now. She is thorough, kind, listens fully to how you are experiencing pain/exercises and always makes sure you understand your care plan and don’t have any questions or confusion. These qualities are invaluable in a care provider. You couldn’t bribe me to use another facility or PT. Go see Katie…. she’ll fix you up real good!

Had a bad case of piraformis Syndrome involving sciatic nerve.
Watched every YouTube video on how to stretch etc with no help.
3 weeks later went to PT Therapist Belmont and Nate was my answer. he performed two Dry Needling appointments and relieved the muscle and gave me relief I needed highly recommend staff and Nate as a therapist!.

I started seeing Katie late last year. She’s helped through rotator cuff surgery both before and after surgery. The gals in the office are super friendly and the entire staff work very well together. We see Karen for my son that has mild CP, she helped us get a diagnosis working with our doctors, and get connected with additional resources that has helped us greatly improve his strength and range of motion. I love how she turns PT into games for him and shows us ways we can incorporate at home too. Her patience with our 3 year old is phenomenal!

After Knee surgery I went and saw Nate for PT and the experience was great. Nate listened to me, encouraged me and kept me on pace for a full recovery with zero limitations. My knee is now significantly stronger then the other knee. I strongly recommend The Center for Physical Rehabilitation.

This is my second time visiting the center in Belmont, both times for some back and hip problems. I have used another PT clinic in the past, but came back to Belmont for their exceptional quality of care amongst all of the staff. I’m currently working with Tyler. He and his colleagues I’ve worked with when he is unavailable (Katie and Rachel), are all fantastic at listening and explaining the science behind the prescribed work, which I really appreciate. When I understand the “how” and the “why” regarding what I’m supposed to be doing (or not doing), I feel more empowered to heal myself.

If you are looking for a place to do physical therapy, this is it!!! I was referred to the Center for Physical Rehabilitation in Belmont by my Surgeon at Foot and Ankle Specialist after reconstructive tendon surgery. When I first arrived I had lots of pain walking, standing, and even sleeping. Also couldn’t walk upstairs without pain. I have worked with both Tyler and Nate as my physical therapist. They are professional and really care about me as a patient, bringing with them a great sense of humor keeping me positive every step of the way. They have both listen to me when I get frustrated with the lack of progress and/or feel I have had a setback by providing constant encouragement and reminders to “give it time; it will improve”! I have been given a home exercise program to follow on my own for improvement to push myself without getting discouraged. Every one of my questions and concerns has been answered with patients and thoroughly which has been greatly appreciated. I can’t wait to graduate from PT pain free, get back to work, and enjoy a full life of walking the beach, kayaking, biking with family and friends. A big thank you goes out too all the physical therapist & staff for all their help during this long journey get back to good health! I would recommend the Center for Physical Rehabilitation in Belmont. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Nice location with a small workout area which I appreciate a lot. It is more beneficial to get all around treatment. All PT staff have different specialties too so it is easier to find someone that works best for you.
