I have been a patient at the Center of Physical Rehabilitation since 2009. My Orthopedic doctor recommended this center for my back and knees issues.I've been seeing Kai and Lee. This year I had the pleasure of working with the new team member Allison. I can't find the words that would describe the level of courtesy, care and respect they gave me and gave all their patients, from my observation. Each one of them has a different technique that helped me a lot.My whole family went there for different issues. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

They did an excellent job helping me rehab my knee. Very personalized program and great follow up. They tailor make a program for you that you can do at home as well. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Kai and Lee are absolutely amazing! They are both very knowledgeable and experienced, as well as perceptive and compassionate. They have helped improve my health tremendously and have given me the exercises and tools to use on my own. They are willing to listen and tailor a program that is the right fit for me. Melissa is very friendly and positive and always willing to assist me with scheduling, billing, and insurance requirements. Everyone has been very encouraging and supportive. The best PT I have ever had!

Excellent physical therapy group at CPR in Okemos. Allison and Nick provided treatment for chronic back and neck issues. I appreciated Allison's attentive, thoughtful care at every visit, when we would reconsider how I was feeling and progressing, and would make changes or additions to my PT plan. My health is definitely improved.

This is the absolute best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been going for over 15 years. I’ve had 5 spinal and cervical fusions and never thought I could gain improvement but I have with this PT group. Kai and Lee are absolutely terrific at what they do, and they are lovely people to boot!! Melissa keeps the whole operation running smoothly and she’s great as well. Nothing but the highest praise for this team!

I had rotator cuff surgery and Kai and Lee did a fantastic rehab program with me. They.explained all that I needed to have my shoulder fully recovered.Melissa helped me with all of my Flex spending codes I needed for reimbursement and helped me with scheduling my appointments.

I started PT at the Center for Physical Rehabilitation three days after my total knee replacement. The surgery, followed by seven weeks of working with Kai and Lee and doing prescribed exercises at home have given me my life back! Lee and Kai pushed just enough to keep me moving forward. They were great about explaining things and answering my questions. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy!

When you are treated here, you don’t just get the benefit of one Physical Therapist, you get the benefit of a team that collaborate together on your treatment. The staff are professional, kind and genuinely concerned about your needs and providing the best treatment. I HIGHLY recommend them.

This is THE BEST group you can choose for PT. They truly care, Kai and Lee are second to none when it come to complete PT and recovery. They listen to your concerns and st her same time move you forward to recovery. They also use manipulation techniques as well. I’ve had three joint replacements in less than three years. This group has allowed me to fully recover and I feel great!

Kai Nimtz and Lee have been providing me with excellent physical therapy for several years. What sets them apart is their teaching! Kai keeps teaching until he can see that you understand. When you understand, you are more effective with your physical therapy routine. Kai has a wonderful demeanor and teaching style that he personalizes to each patient, always looking for the right words or examples that will help you understand.If you have hyper mobility, Kai has the knowledge and skill to help you.I am just now recovering from two back to back incidences which resulted in a total of five bone breaks. My outcome has been phenomenal due to Kai and Lee. I could not be more thankful.Melissa and Gladys (front desk) greet you with compassion and openness every single time you’re there! They’re knowledgeable and helpful!

Katie at the Belmont location was exactly the PT I needed to assist me in recovering from my knee replacement. She knew when to push me and gave me confidence to believe I could do more. She also knew when to back off on the days when I when I was struggling. Office staff very friendly and greeted me by name at each visit. I needed to reschedule a couple of visits and they made the process easy. This is my second time at the Belmont location. I highly recommend!

Kai’s clinical skills and knowledge are amazing! He is one of those gifted individuals who can watch someone walk or move, put his hands on the problem area, and know what needs to be corrected. And he does not keep his wisdom to himself, but is continually teaching staff and patients. When Kai treated my neck and back I gained both mobility and decreased pain, but also a wealth of information and exercise that will help me to maintain what he has gained. Since I am a PT myself, I’m often asked for recommendations for therapy. I always say The Center for Physical Rehabilitation in Okemos.

I can't speak highly enough of these folks. Jenna led me through knee rehab with clear explanations, intelligent guidance and humor. I hope never to need rehab again bit if I do I will head to this Center and Jenna as quickly as I can. The office staff also deserve a word of praise: quick, competent and professional.

I have been to physical therapy here 3 times for different issues. I go back here for treatment because the therapists are pros! They are kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful to get you to your best self. When I “graduated”, I went home with exercises to help me maintain my health. Absolutely think the world of Lee, Jenna, and Kai!!

Kai’s reputation drew me in, however, I primarily worked with Lee. Lee was not only a huge help getting me back to feeling good, he was also a bright spot in my day.Melissa streamlined billing and like Lee, was always warm and friendly, even at the crack of dawn.The staff are phenomenal. Very good experience. Received excellent evaluation and treatment. Worked mostly with Jenna. Highly recommend. When the treatment was complete I was given tools to use at home which are proving effective.

Hi my name is Bryan...and I just want to share the experience that I had at The Center for Physical Therapy in Meridian crossing, I had a bothersome knee problem that I had over my time working in the construction industry, I ask if I need a knee replacement and my doctor said no just some arthritis, and talk about feeling 100 percent better than I was before, I started seeing a therapist named Jenna, she totally changed my mind from thinking about a knee replacement. In just over three weeks, I feel like a new 60 year old man, that can do anything! I would certainly highly recommend anyone with issues that need to be addressed when it comes to physical therapy to 1st check with this physical therapy center. The staff was very nice and helpful to all who were there and they know therapy!!! Thank you all and especially Jenna for helping me knee pain your the BEST!! .......and again thanks to the very friendly staff, I felt right at home!!!

This is the best physical therapy I have ever had! Kai and Lee are awesome! I felt so much better just after a couple of weeks. They were very patient and taught me a lot about how my body works. They gave me several exercises that I could do on my own at home. If you need physical therapy, this is the place to go! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Kai and team were very professional and helpful. Kai and Lee always took the time to answer any questions I had, or help me clear any stumbling blocks that I ran into during my healing process (I had each of my knees replaced 6 weeks apart). I would definitely recommend Crossroads for any physical therapy needs you have.
