On Sunday morning I played my best golf round of the year (74 including a stupid double) and one thing that I was mindful of was my posture in my golf swing and maintaining the spine angle through the swing.
I credit this awareness to what I learned from you about the posture and back/glute muscle needs. That alone allow me to more successfully fight the over the top move as I had room to drop my arms earlier. Thank you! (On Our TPI Golf Fitness Program)
