Our Certified TPI Golf Fitness Instructor focuses on the physical factors that limit you as a golfer. Any of these limitations put you at an increased risk of injury and inhibit your ability to achieve the maximum potential of your golf swing. If your body does not have the ability to carry out the proper mechanics of the golf swing it decreases the ability for you to improve and increases your risk of golf related injury.
A golf fitness instructor is different from golf professionals. Golf fitness instructor’s focus on the whole body and its ability for it to move correctly during the swing. Teaching professionals focus on the actual golf swing and correcting specific mechanics to enhance play. The instructor will take you through a series of functional testing assessing strength, flexibility, and mobility as it relates to the golf swing.
