Prevent Injuries and Improve Stroke Efficiency

The Center’s Video Swim Analysis Program utilizes above water and under-water high definition video to analyze all aspects of the swim stroke. The highly trained staff applies biomechanical principles to improve stroke efficiency and identify problem areas that may be contributing to injury or impeding performance.

What Can I Expect?

Video of your swim stroke in the pool
Evaluation of breathing and body position, rhythm and timing, catch and recovery of arms, and kick and propulsion
Analysis of video, utilizing Dartfish Software
Individualized drills and home exercise program to reduce the risk of injury and improve performance

Swimmers with pain or discomfort during or after swimming
Swimmers or triathletes who are looking to improve form and reduce injury risk
Swimmers or triathletes who want to optimize performance and stroke efficiency
