Pelvic Health

Pelvic pain can be a sign of a weak pelvic floor, which can lead to a variety of issues that can affect day-to-day life. Discover common symptoms and solutions provided by our expert physical therapists.

Addressing Pelvic Health Concerns for Men & Women

Are you silently suffering from leakage when you are exercising or being active? Are you afraid to ask your doctor about the pain you experience with intercourse? Have you stopped your social activities due to being embarrassed about leaking urine? You are not alone.

The Center for Physical Rehabilitation offers a conservative, non-invasive approach to treating pelvic health issues for both men and women. The pelvic floor muscle is a voluntary skeletal muscle, and it responds to exercise just as any other muscle would. Our physical therapists are trained to address pelvic floor dysfunction with intentional treatment plans and exercises that seek to address the pelvic floor.
