I’ve been to the CPR for two separate issues now: years ago for a leg injury sustained while running, and more recently to loosen up a frozen shoulder. I’ve worked with a couple of therapists and several other members of staff, and they’ve all–without exception–been friendly, flexible, and professional. And best of all, of course, they really know what they’re doing. I went in the first time thinking I might not run again, but I went on to run my first marathon (and then three more). And since my shoulder treatment, I’m back to tennis and yoga. Both of my primary therapists were good listeners and knew exactly what needed to happen to get me back in action.
