What is Personal Stretching?

Personal stretching is a practice that leverages functional flexibility to meet a variety of health and wellness needs. In a one-on-one session between you and a skilled professional, your fitness goals and problem areas will be evaluated to create unique stretching routines. By targeting specific muscle groups and areas of the body, personal assisted stretching improves mobility, blood circulation, posture, energy, and so much more.

What to Expect With Personal Stretching at The Center

At The Center, our team of skilled professionals leverage hands-on, contract-relax stretching techniques to maximize results. This method allows for the most effective stretch so your body feels the full benefit of personal stretching. Personal stretching won’t hurt, but we put your comfort first by ensuring you’re at ease through the entire process. 

During a session, clients will be positioned comfortably on a stretching table and actively participate with simple muscle contractions. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing you can move in, such as gym shorts or yoga pants, to have a full range of motion during your stretch.

Our Personal Stretch Offerings

The Center currently offers two different types of assisted stretching services that provide you with either a partial or full-body stretch.

25-Minute Personal Stretch Session

Our 25-minute session is a partial-body stretch that can be applied to either the upper or lower body. Trunk stretching is also incorporated. The cost for a 25-minute session with our experts is $45.

 

50-Minute Personal Stretch Session

A 50-minute personal stretch session encompasses the full body. Upper and lower body exercises, as well as trunk stretching, are included in this service. The cost for a 50-minute session with our experts is $75.
