I started going to the Center for Physical Rehab (Byron Center) after I had ACL reconstruction surgery. I had the opportunity to work with several physical therapists, but I worked mostly with Matt. Matt helped me regain my strength and mobility while encouraging me throughout the entire process. He always found new and creative ways to work the same muscle groups, and he would help me modify whenever I couldn’t quite do something. Thank you, Matt! Once I finished physical therapy, I went to the Cascade location for a few strength training sessions with Wendi. I got a great workout every time, and she helped me feel more confident in what my leg can handle. She gave me a ton of different exercises to regain strength, and I’m still using these exercises today. The Center for Physical Rehab helped me through one of the most challenging experiences that I’ve faced, and I would recommend them to anyone!

After visiting several physical therapy clinics for the past several years, The Center for Physical Rehabilitation (CPR) has been able to help me like no one else had. My physical therapist, Matt Zitnik, is great! I started my current treatment with many spinal, neck, and hip issues. I could barely move without having pain. I’m in awe of how far Matt has helped me make great recovery where I hardly have any pain today. He’s very skillful and explains things well. Without hesitation, I recommend CPR and Matt to anyone who’s dealing with any sort of physical pain.

I received excellent physical therapy and work conditioning care at Center for Physical Rehabilitation on Cascade Road following my shoulder injury. Brian and Allie were fantastic at helping me regain range of motion while managing pain and outlook on recovery. Ken was a game changer for me during work conditioning as he guided me to increase my strength, stamina, and belief in my ability to recover AND reduce chance of injury by increasing my overall conditioning. I did not expect to come out of this experience better with better function than before the injury….what a fantastic experience. I recommend CPR to my loved ones, 100%.

It is my pleasure to recommend The Center for Physical Rehabilitation for anyone in need of physical therapy. Each employee there has been professional, courteous and friendly. The overall environment is positive, uplifting and encouraging. Physical Therapist Cheryl is phenomenal. I have seen various doctors for my foot issue and it wasn’t until I met with Cheryl that I finally felt as though a medical professional was taking the time to truly listen to what I was saying. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she has also been cheerful and reassuring during every one of my visits.

I brought my daughter for PT after a patella dislocation. Her therapist, Ellen R, did a great job teaching and developing a process to get my daughter ready for volleyball try-outs and continue healing and strengthening the muscles in that leg. When Ellen was out of the office for a week, the other therapist did a great job as well. The front desk receptionists are friendly and helpful.

I was referred to The Center of Rehabilitation due to an ankle injury during soccer. I worked with Matt and he was great! He helped stretch and strengthen my ankle and gave me great exercises to do at home. 10/10 recommend.

For about 6 months now I have attended the “Back on Track” classes with Colleen and I have improved my mobility, balance and strength an enormous amount! She makes certain we are all comfortable and do what we can! I have muscled up a bit and am happy with the challenges we are given! The class is never the same which is great, so no boredom! I have recruited a friend to Colleens’ Balance class! A great experience and I aim to get even more fit.

The staff at Cascade CPR has been invaluable over the years in helping me recover from running injuries. Most recently, Nick Platko and his team are working me through recovery from a severe accident. Nick is encouraging, knowledgeable, and adaptive so that every session promotes healing and a better lifestyle. This is the only place for PT. They are the best!

While pregnant with my fourth baby, I injured my lower back. After months of chiropractic visits, I finally switched to The Center and am so thankful that I did! I limped terribly just walking in there and after just the first visit I had exercises and stretches I could do at home that helped immensely. Within weeks I was 90% better. I “graduated” today, and am back to normal movement and activity. I wasn’t sure I’d ever be able to go for even a short run again, and now I am training for a triathlon. I worked with Anna, who was so knowledgeable, determining how to help me by both listening to me and also testing my body to figure out exactly what caused pain and how to remedy it. I am so thankful for The Center!

After going to CPR for the past 6 months, I can say with the utmost confidence that they are a high quality establishment with physical therapists and athletic trainers that care and provide expert advice. My son has been working with PT Patrick Lawrence for about 16 months now, and he has helped our family so much. He has been so helpful not only during his appointments, but any time we reach out via email or phone call as well. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and kind! My experience at CPR has been nothing less than fantastic. I work with Chris N and Cheryl S primarily and they have been amazing! From pre-surgery thru months of recovery they have cheered me on. Their expertise and positive attitude has made all the difference with my rehab. I have another surgery to go and I have no doubt I’m in great hands (pun intended). My whole experience was amazing. When I called I was thinking of going to the location near my home, but after our conversation, I ended up at the location near my work. I needed to see a wrist and hand expert. Going near work was so great. I could get in before, on lunch break and after work. Ellen Olefsky is the best. She made sure I left ready to do my homework and I made all my goals. So thankful for great people along my healing journey.

Our family has had its fair share of orthopedic injuries as I have three very competitive athletic children! The Center for Physical Rehabilitation in Cascade, have been extremely supportive . The staff is very knowledgeable , professional and supportive. They go above and beyond to get you in right away. Our most recent experience was with our son who had shoulder surgery and is preparing to play football in college. Chris and Cheryl worked with him throughout his recovery to not only build his body back to pre injury, but also added positivity to overcome this hurdle . Our daughter will be having ACL surgery and I have already contacted Chris and he and his team have prepared us for what the recovery plan will look like for our daughter. It is comforting to know that she will also be taken well care of in her recovery process.

I first went to the Center for Physical Rehabilitation with what I believed was pain from long term knee tendinitis. Everyone was helpful but particularly Allison who was able to clarify through measurements and functional testing that by increasing specific areas of my spine flexibility, stretching certain muscles and strengthening others this condition remarkably improved. Her skill in finding the root cause and coaching me on the correct movements was precisely what I needed. No more pain.

This is the 3rd time I’ve been here for treatment and I cannot recommend CPR highly enough! Brian Gilbert is my primary therapist. He consistently provides explanations starting with the first visit and it continues throughout treatment. My questions and concerns are answered and I feel that they take in a wholistic view with their clients vs. treating just a knee or shoulder etc. Much appreciated! Shoutout as well to Allie and Ben who are a part of my treatment team as well. I have referred others here and will continue to enthusiastically do so.

Highly recommend this great resource! Three generations of our family have received therapy here for numerous issues and personal training, for close to 20 years. Their facilities are well maintained with the latest equipment, and staff is knowledgeable, attentive, caring and flexible to meet your needs. (Shout out to Brian and Allison for helping with my recent back issues). We will continue to use them for future needs which – given our family history – is bound to happen…

After having experienced yet another running related injury I contacted the Center for Physical Rehabilitation. I was set up with an appointment the very next day. Within two weeks PT Brian Gilbert had me running again.
