I had a great experience working with Dr. Adam Kroll at Center for Physical Rehabilitation. Adam is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping his patients heal—not just get through appointments.

He took the time to really listen, explained what was going on in my body in a way that made sense, and tailored my treatment to where I actually was rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all approach. I always felt supported, encouraged, and appropriately challenged.

What stood out most was his calm confidence and thoughtfulness—he strikes a great balance between professionalism and approachability, which made the entire rehab process feel far less stressful and much more empowering.

I’m very grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend Adam to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate physical therapist.

I received a lot of good information about how to strengthen my knee which will help me now, and even after a possible knee replacement. I now have an exercise plan to continue to do on my own time. Adam was very knowledgeable and always addressed any questions I had. He was very helpful and encouraging.

**HIGHLY RECOMMEND**
I was referred to The Center for Physical Rehabilitation by my doctor due to neck/back pain. My first appointment, the PT I saw noticed I had scoliosis and switched my PT to Victoria Grey. I am 38 and have never been told by my doctors or chiropractors that I had scoliosis! Victoria is trained in a specialized program intended to help alleviate the pain associated with scoliosis and I am so happy with the care I have received. I am about two months into treatment— minor adjustments to how I move throughout my day and weekly PT sessions and I have not had a neck/back “freezing episode”, which is something that would happen rather frequently before. Again, highly recommend!

It was great to find a PT who knew and understands scoliosis. Victoria Grey took time to listen to my needs and pain. She also explained why and what she was having me do. It was also nice to not have my hip and back pain be passed off as just arthritis, but a result of the scoliosis. I will definitely recommend The Center for Physical Rehabilitation and Victoria for those who have scoliosis. I would encourage more PT's to learn this scoliosis approach.

I completed a clinical rotation with Victoria as a DPT student and had one of my best clinical experiences with her. I appreciated how hands-on she is with patient care and how much time and effort she gives to her patients. She creates an open learning environment where no question ever feels wrong, allowed me to practice hands-on skills, and genuinely wants her students to grow & become great clinicians. She also manages so much behind the scenes that most people never see and always supports her clinicians to the fullest. I’m incredibly grateful I had the chance to learn from her and would highly recommend her as both a clinician and a mentor.

I cannot express how grateful I am that I had the opportunity to work with Victoria. We worked to address some hip and shoulder issues. She was great at identifying what needed to be corrected to address the pain. Most importantly she was a great listener and made adjustments to my treatment plan when needed. I would highly recommend CPR for your physical therapy needs.

Victoria’s knowledge, positivity, and communication has made a tremendous difference in helping my son reduce pain during sports. Prior to finding Victoria, we met with a pediatrician, had multiple visits with a podiatrist, had multiple x-rays on his feet taken, and purchased every type of arch support provided, all with no improvement in his foot pain while playing sports. At the first visit with Victoria, she identified the issue was in his hips and targeted that area with amazing success. Within a week, my son was starting to feel better, and he continues to improve with every visit. Plus, he looks forward to meeting with Victoria because she is incredibly positive and kind. If you have a child who experiences pain during sports, I completely recommend Victoria and the Center for Physical Rehabilitation in Lowell. They have been an absolute blessing!

I have dealt with chronic foot and ankle issues for some time, but I’m finally seeing steady, meaningful improvement. Victoria’s whole-body approach and the way she challenges me have made a significant difference. I highly recommend her.

I have been working with Victoria for quite a few weeks now. My chronic pain is sometimes very hard to deal with and the therapy that Victoria has provided for me has helped to make things more manageable. Highly recommend to come here and check out what they have to offer if you are needing any physical therapy.

Victoria has been AMAZING with our son! He has been seeing her for pain management related to a skin graft. He had a lot of nerve sensitivity and couldn’t touch the area that had the graft. She has been perfect with him and he’s now able to handle direct contact with that area. We are amazed and so grateful for her help!

The physical therapists I met in the Lowell office of The Center for Physical Rehabilitation are true experts at their jobs. They asked the right questions and listened to my concerns. My therapist knew how to treat my nerve pain right away and explained how and why the treatment would work for me very clearly. They genuinely cared for me and always had an upbeat, cheerful attitude. I highly recommend going to them for physical therapy.

I have been getting physical therapy from Victoria after my back surgery in June. She is aiding me recover from a month in bed and atrophy of many muscles. Lowell location Center for Physical Rehabilitation is such a gift to our community! I am recovering from a knee replacement and Erin Dressander has been equal parts encouragement and professional— getting my knee to 90 in less than a week post op! Her help and my motivation to dance with my son at his wedding in two months are a potent combo! Thank you for being there for me!!
