Physical therapy with Mindy Simon from CPT has been the most effective migraine preventative I’ve tried so far - and I’ve tried a lot of things! I’ve avoided dietary triggers, taken supplements, tried migraine medications (anticonvulsants, antidepressants, beta-blockers, CGRP inhibitors). I continue to use a variety of preventive tools but nothing has made a dent in migraine frequency and intensity like physical therapy has. Mindy has given me many tools to prevent and relieve migraine and headache pain like exercises, stretching, and posture/lifestyle tips.
