(First time here 2 years ago) Fantastic place! A special shout-out to Nicole and Amy! Without them there is no way I would be this far into my recovery after my total knee replacement surgery. Everybody there was great from their friendliness, concerns, and attention to cleanliness.

UPDATE:
(Winter 24/25-)
I was back after 3 falls on the same shoulder. Surgery for 5 torn tendons. First Rehab got be back and track and back to work again!

This place is absolutely amazing! I came here after my torn rotator cuff surgery, and a second bicep repair surgery, thinking I was never going to get my arm back to normal. Especially after 2 surgeries and Makenzy and Dusty proved me wrong! They give you everything you need to succeed as long as you are motivated. I saw the results after each visit. They listen to their patients and adjust to the needs of that individual patient. They take customer service to a whole new level and it’s clear they all love what they do. I will come back ANYTIME I need therapy in the future. The whole staff is amazing! Not just Makenzy and Dusty, but Dora, Krystle, Rosa, and Lynn as well all made the experience seamless. Thank you all for being my cheerleaders when I needed it the most! 10/10 awesome experience.

I have.had a fantastic experience with my physical therapy at First Rehab and Sports Therapy of Hastings! They have got me back on my feet pain free! As Mayor of Hastings, I highly recommend them! 😃

I was not a believer of physical therapy before I actually came there and experienced it for myself. I had no strength in my legs and hips when I started out. I am in need of two total knee replacements and am trying to post pone surgery as long as I can. The therapy I received changed all that and now I can walk longer with less pain. I am going to come back for more therapy when or if this success wears off. Happy customer here.

As a senior citizen I have been to 5 different rehab centers. This one is the best. The receptionists and therapists are all friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. The therapist stays by your side and concentrates on your physical problem. I was given exercises to work on at home. Yes, I will use this rehab center again if needed. I worked with Cody, Dusty, and Sarah in the 3 months I had treatment. They were all great. The room was clean and everything was always being disinfected. We are lucky to have this business in Hastings.
