I went to PT with major heel pain. Michaela worked with me for two months and got me stronger, got my balance back and later figured out it was a spin issue! She never gave up and keep asking questions, listening to me and working the pain from different angles! Would 100% recommend them!!!

Michaela was absolutely wonderful to work with during my daughters post concussion physical therapy at the Jenison location. Her concussion specialist neurologist highly recommended the therapists at that location and it was super convenient since her school was right down the street. They were able to schedule her appointments right after school so it worked out perfectly for us. I truly believe that her recovery time was decreased significantly attending physical therapy with Michaela. She was great with my daughter and we would both highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physical therapist for rehabilitation. Thanks Michaela!!

The experience was wonderful! Staff was extremely friendly amd helpful. They were very knowledgeable and could cite research when asked. The recovery plan was well thought out, organized and took personal goals into account. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a physical theripest.

The staff at Jenison’s Center for Physical Rehabilitation have been extremely professional, friendly, supportive and knowledgeable in preparing me for my foot surgery. I highly recommend The Center for Physical Rehabilitation. I had the privilege of having Bekah be my Dr for 6 weeks. She combines her medical knowledge with her compassion and care. She managed my condition/pain through finding the correct exercises and stretching/therapy. Thanks Bekah!

I started having neck pain before I got here. They had me doing specific workouts that seemed really smart and thought out. I just graduated today and almost forgot I even had pain before. Very exceptional staff. They were friendly and flexible with my schedule. I highly recommend going here for any physical therapy.

I’ve had sessions at the Byron Center office for pelvic therapy and the Jenison office for my hip and balance. The pelvic therapy sessions were for 6 weeks and I’m 90% improved. I recommend this for anyone needing pelvic therapy. It makes a difference in your daily life. The hip and balance sessions I started back in April of 2022. I am improving and falling less. I am getting stronger each week. I continue to go for therapy here as there is still a need but I’ve had great improvement which encourages me to keep going. Jen at Byron Center and Michaela at Jenison were both wonderful therapist and I would highly recommend them.

I Highly recommend The Center for Physical Rehabilitation. My location I attend consistently is Jenison and literally every team member from the warm and personal welcome Nancy gives as you walk through the door to the dedicated and professional healthcare team including Becca, Michaela and Ellen!
I started PT with Becca in late 2021 and she was patient and kind as I had dealt with pain for several years. Ultimately, with a hip impingement and other physical factors, I had exhausted conservative measures and had surgery. In less than a week after surgery and Becca out on leave I was able to meet Ellen and Michaela who were prepared with detailed outline of my care and have guided me through every part of my healing and getting me back to normal! I had some setbacks with healing and again, from Nancy’s warm welcome and genuine concern to the entire teams route to healing and encouragement, I couldn’t say enough about how much I adore this entire team! Michaela has been with my post surgery journey the most and I couldn’t be happier with every visit she and I have. She is informative, thorough, and adaptive to the needs of the patient and I’m excited she and the rest of the team have been part of my healing.

I’ve had a great experience at the CPR Jenison location! The small location is very nice and complimented by a very caring and genuine staff, which you can always expect at the Center of Physical Rehabilitation. I’ve spent most of my time at the Cascade location for past injuries and rehab needs and Jenison is just as great of an experience. The open atmosphere creates an opportunity for staff and patients to build relationships and enjoy their time there. I’m recovering from a serious leg injury and was expected to have arthritis in my leg post injury for the rest of my life. After doing rehab at CPR Jenison, I have met with my Surgeon and he said I should not expect any arthritis in my ankle due to how my ankle has recovered. I have been recovering fast and been given a healthy push by the trainers at Jenison, while ensuring I’m taking a safe approach. The trainers have taken efforts to communicate to my athletic trainer at my college and my surgeon in order to keep everyone in the loop and ensure everyone’s on the same page. Overall they have made my recovery process very smooth and would recommend to any young athlete or college athlete who wants a personable approach backed with great recovery speed. I was fearful that I would never play sports again due to this injury, but with the help of the Jenison team that fear is gone and am

I have been to PT twice in the past for back injuries at a different company. I must say The Center for Physical Rehab far exceeds my previous experiences and has been amazing. All the staff are so nice and helpful. In the 4 months or so I have went, I did see 3 different therapists due to maternity leaves. I know sometimes people do not like having to switch to someone new but for me it was helpful. Each therapist (Bekah, Dustin & Michaela) had another new tip to help me get my shoulder and neck range of motion and strength back. I am very thankful for each of them. Also, the equipment they have is top notch and the facility is super clean!
I would absolutely recommend the Jenison location for the Center for Physical Rehab to anyone!!

I’ve had knee problems for awhile and they are very good at what they do, especially Michaela. The exercises and how they run things is very good. And really easy to schedule with them!

Michaela is the absolute best! We were referred to her for help with my 5 month olds torticollis. She was so kind, helpful, patient and informative. She was so good with my son and I could tell how much she loved her job. I would recommend her to anyone!

Excellent patient care, very clean and bright facility with an abundance of equipment to facilitate care. Dr. Becca is very educated and interactive and is thorough and interactive. Nancy at the front desk does amazing. Other PT seems very happy and pleasant and comfortable with kids! Would recommend to any patient at any age.

Becca and Nancy are a dream team! Nancy is so helpful and kind. Becca is everything you could want in a PT. She pushes you but in the best way, but not to the point of failure. So knowledgeable about why you’re doing the things you are doing. Clear about expectations and goals. Always wanting to be sure your comfortable and willing to answer questions. If you need to do physical therapy this is the place to go!
