Pelvic Floor Wellness involves the musculoskeletal examination and treatment of persons who are experiencing pain or toileting issues, prolapse or for those who desire to learn more about safe exercise during and after pregnancy, abdominal or pelvic surgery or injury. Pelvic floor issues are noted in women and men, all who can be young athletes, recreational athletes, people who are pregnant, post-partum,  peri-menopause or menopausal.
