You may notice something new at some of our clinics! We’ve introduced a Virtual Front Desk. We want you to know:
It’s Still Our Great Team – You’re greeted by a member of our staff from our central office located at our Cascade clinic, not an outside call center. Our current Virtual Patient Care Coordinators are Kim, Emily and Sue!
Smarter Staffing – One team member can now check in patients at multiple locations, which is especially helpful for our smaller locations.
Digital Paperwork– With our new system, we now have digital paperwork, which allows you to save time and fill out your New Patient paperwork at home!
We value our Patient Care Coordinators – Whether in person, or working as a virtual agent, our Patient Care Coordinators are vital to our patient experience. We are actively working to bring on more staff, but in the meantime, this system allows us to continue providing reliable, personal service without interruptions.
