Many of us are working from home, or just spending more time looking at a screen these days. With that can come neck pain.

Physical therapy assistant Allison Whitteberry shares with us 3 exercises to help combat neck pain. Try these at home, starting with reps of 10, and see if it helps decrease your discomfort. These exercises should not cause pain, and if they do you should stop.
