Join us for a free wellness workshop focused on one of the most common causes of pain and activity limitation low back pain. A licensed PT will explain the true causes of back pain, including muscle imbalances, joint stiffness, disc irritation, and poor movement patterns. Then Wellness Coordinator, Chris Reinsma, will discuss how exercise can help decrease or hold off back pain. Open to anyone with current or past low back pain, stiffness, or fear of movement—or anyone who wants to protect their spine long term.
